Hi, here in Europe, we have accented characters, and when I import list of products/customers/suppliers, the import is not ok and those special characters are replaced by something else, how

here in Europe, we have accented characters, and when I import list of products/customers/suppliers, the import is not ok and those special characters are replaced by something else, how can I fix that ?

    Hello,

    It will be fine as long as your file is encoded in `utf-8` and saved without BOM.

    I am not sure but if you want me to check, you can attached the csv file.
