Hello, I would like to modify the system, I want the pay option to be in the role part, I would like to be able to disable this option for some sellers, I only want to put it for people authorized to bill, the others that only put the sale on hold and only that.

Please never share your purchase code publicly. If misused, you will be help account-able.
There is no option to allow user to use POS without sales permissions. You will need to hire any developer to help you modify the item code as you need.
