You can enable private mode in the shop settings. If you want to totally hide it and show admin area instead, you can rename the `app/controllers/shop/Shop.php`

You will get source code and can modify as per license. No, you can't use same license for multiple companies/clients. You will need separate license for each of your client/active production install.
