I need a little help. Here is the scenario of what happend.
My cashier sold 5 items to customer for total of 100.000 but there is one product that wrong. What i did was, i login using my owner account and edited the sale by removing the wrong product. And the total become 90.000. So i told my cashier to add another payment to the sale, when he/she did it there is a minus value -10.000.
When i saw my cashier register on the cash payment instead of minus 10.000 it become -90.000. I give you a screenshot below.
Also i need advice when next time happend, should i just told my cashier to return it instead of me editing the sale ?

Yes, return would be better option even open return as sale return will lock the sale for editing.
So the sale amount is correct after edit but the payment has been wrongly calculated? Can you please take the screenshot of edit sale and the payments for the sales. I can see the -4000 payment as 16000 was given with sale so the total 150000 - 130000 looks okay but I can't guess anything from cash register different of 130000 If you can explain a bit.

As you can see from the screenshot after i edit the sale, i told my cashier to make a new payment on that sale for -4000 and the total sale become 130000. But on my cashier register the "Cash Payment" line instead of -4000 it become -130000.
