Because im not able to purchase it by myself from envato, i ask my partner to help me to purchase it, it always like that, and my partner can’t give me the username of the account, i only have the purchase code, it always fine with other scripts i bought, can you help me for this? I’ve proved by verifying my support in this support portal.
