500 are internal server errors and could be due to various reasons. Please check your server error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest. If you not sure about error logs, please check with your server admin/host.

If you need to enable app log then you can change the `log_threshold` to 1 in the `app/config/config.php` the try to export again to produce errors. Lastly check the latest log in the `app/logs/` folder.

I think the error was not on the POS, the image I screenshot for you was on the main domain, for the POS and inventory system I put in sub domain.

Yes, you need to check with host why can't execute the script? They should be able to tell you the details.

Are you using the latest version of the SMA? If not, you can try to update and check again.
