Hi sir I have changed my hosting after taking a proper backup of my website. Now after installing backup file to my new hosting every things works fine the website is also working but i am unable to login to my admin panel with my old credentials please help me out.

Have you installed/enabled SSL? If yes then only you need to set `base_url` to `https://` Otherwise it need to be `http://` As I can ses, you need to set it to `http://` or check with your host about SSL.
