If the connect was established there shouldn't be such error. Please make sure that mysql is running and the detail you are providing on the install step are correct.
You need php7.4 and MySQL 5.7.8+ with any web server apache/nginx. Please try again and let me know if you still have issue. You can try to install it on live server too as we can't check the local server but we would be able to check the live server for you.

now I need the computer to read from left to write Arabic , all the time - MSAnsweredShop is don't support RTL yet but admin area do. You can enable RTL support in system settings. Thank you

As after install guide says:

There is no option to have balance of customer as the payments are tracked with sales/purchases.
