    Hello,

    500 error could be due to various reasons. Please check your server’s php error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest.

    If you are not sure about server logs, you can try to enable app logs by changing the log_threshold to 1 in the app/config/config.php and then to access the page again. Lastly check the error logs in the app/logs/ folder.
