HTTP ERROR 500, THIS PAGE ISN'T WORKING RIGHT NOW. This is the error page after installation and I click on login button. And I have remove the install folder and the SPOsS4 file.

500 error could be due to various reasons. Please check your server's php error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest.
If you are not sure about server logs, you can try to enable app logs by changing the `log_threshold` to 1 in the `app/config/config.php` and then to access the page again. Lastly check the error logs in the `app/logs/` folder.
