SMA has only single level variants. You can only add them as `Red Size 1`, `Red Size 2`, `Blue Size 1`, ... `Blue Size 2`

System will generate new barcode code for each variant by appending the variant id in front of the product code.

I mean if i purchase 100 unit , and added many variants stock unit total 50, so i have total 150 products, but barcode only print variants products. Also product reports show only purchased quantity report not variants wise report. How can i see that ?

Hello,

Once you have added the product with variants. You can on purchase variants and they will be updated as other products.

You can added product to any order sale or purchase, system will select the first variant automatically if added from search. You can click the edit icon in from of product name in order list to change it. If with barcode scan that should select the correct variants.

I didn't understand what's the issue. Please always take full page screenshots so that we know what page is that :(

The variants process is same as standard product the only different is that you will have to select the variants after products added to order.

1. Add products with variants
2. Purchase product variants
3. You should be able to sell them

If there is any issue, please let me know.

I have shoes, with 5 sizes variants. I can create an inventory item for that but I cannot purchase multiple product variants at once. I when I put the code of product again it will only update to the existing item.
even I used the barcode printed also not be able to purchase,


I have to purchase each variant one by one. is there a way I can pur all quantity of variants at once like we did when we create inventory item?

Please change the cart item addition method in system settings. Variants don't work with update quantity option.
