Hello!
I am using cash drawer directly without the printer and with the help of a USB COM port cash drawer trigger, and currently using .cmd file to be able to open the drawer.
How can I integrate it to the stock manager advance so that the system will think that I have a printer? And trigger the cash drawer to open?

There is no option to directly communicate with cash register but only through receipt printers.
Thank you - SFAnsweredHi, just connect your thermal printer to the cash drawer through the RJ-11 jack and you will be fine each time you have a valid sale on the POS panel the cash drawer will automatically opens up.
