Hello,

There is general ledger menu name as Profit and Loss report in side bar that calculates profit as total sales - total purchases.

There are daily and monthly sales report available under reports menu to sum the day/month. You can click the day number or month name to get the profit report that is calculated as total products revenue - products cost.
