How to rename the "Product Custome Field 1 ... 6" and "Customer Custom Field 1 ... 6"?
And, is it possible to rename the word "Reference" to "Invoice Number"?

You can change translation for the custom fields. in the `app/language/english/admin/sma_lang.php`
The sales table id (AI) field is used for invoice/sales number. If you need to call the reference as invoice number, then you can translate it in the language files too.
