after creating invoice how to remove that pending , paid, etc status tag from invoice view or in pdf please check the attachment

There is no option to remove this by settings. You will need to modify the view file code to remove it. The sales view files are
/themes/default/views/sales/view_invoice.phpandview_invoice_modal.phpThank you
