How to manage same products different purchase with different MRPs,
For example product X marked a purchase for (PUR1) for 50 quantity and mrp of Rs 100
in next purchase lot same product has been marked in purchase (PUR2) for 100 quantity and mrp of Rs 80
How will the system treat further sale when there are two purchase with different MRPs,
If its overwriting the Old MRP with new MRP for old stock too, then why will someone one purchase MRP80 product with MRP100

I guess you are asking for inventory cost accounting. Please check the inventory accounting method in your system settings. You have FIFO, LIFO and AVCO. If you need to know more about those, please refer to documentation.pdf in your download.
