I have just brought POS Print Server (Windows Installer) and Order # 2124.
When I go to order > download, it downloads auto 3.xx version instead of 4.xx version.
After installing 3.xx version, new login key showing in valid. and go with evaluate version, pos print not working in windows 11.

POS Print Not Work In Windows 11 with any of your POS Print Server (Windows Installer). I have tried with 1.xx, 3.xx and 4.xx.
Please provide solution for above issue and proper guide for the configuration of 3.xx and 4.xx versions.

Attached a screenshots of are Windows 10 machine which I used since 2 years but since last 2 months POS print not working even though all configurations are correct. Please cross-check and provide solution for the same.

Hello,
In version 4, there are two interface types only.
- Network: you can use the printer IP address and port to add.
- Shared: you can share the printer and then use the shared name as path.
You can try to test print and if test print is fine then the prints from pos should work too.
Please take screenshot of v4 and let me know if the test is printed and what happens after you send print from pos?
