can you kindly guide me on how to remove/disable everything related to **Barcode** and **Giftcard**?

Hello,

There is no such option by settings.

You will need to modify the header view file (themes/default/views/header.php) to remove menus and products controller (app/contollers/Products.php) for product actions menu along with POS view files (themes/default/views/pos/) to remove the gift cards options.
