How can we install new theme

1. we want to install a new theme, is there any option.
2. i have got an email regarding update, what is the procedure to install update, i have login to https://themeforest.net/downloads but there is no option to download update, guide us.

Hello,

You will need to modify item code to add new themes.

Please download again and check the update instructions in the documentation.pdf
