Hello,

After instlling the POS Server, you can add printer and try test print. If it prints then you can save defaults on main page.

If it’s doesn’t print, please let me know the printer modal (if it support ESCPOS) and the printer details (add/edit/view page on pos erver) screenshot and the log file (from help menu, you can open the logs).

Please find the attached images that shows the settings and printer models. I tried with PHP Print Server. My setup is server and 5 clients using the POS module. Each client is connected with POS printer as in the attached images. But i am still not able to configure the printers in the PHP Print Server. Please help. I am not able to see the installed printer in Zadig. If i provide the access to clients (AnyDesk) will you be able to help

Please install the printer first. Once install it should show up in the Zadig list to select and replace the driver. Zadig will display the product id and vendor id, use those to add printer in POS Print Server.

If you still can’t manage to then tomorrow (between 0400 - 0900 GMT) I can try to check using teamviewer.

Thank you for the support. I managed to get the result. In Zadig printer was showing as VirtualUSB instead of the installed printer name or model. Tried with all options one by one and finally could figure out the issue. Thank you again

I am planning to update this item after MPS Shop release and will try to use printer path instead zadig.

It’s not even installing it says a program related to the setup wasnt able to run correctly… Any suggestions ?
