Please make sure you have uploaded all the files and set the subdomain root to the `public` folder inside the subdomain.xyz.com folder.

If still same, let me know the subdomain in private reply to have look. _You can add private reply by enabling the `PRIVATE for Staff only` at top right of the reply section._
