we see that item we experience that, this item we used to purchase and sale many times, but now we cannot sell.
we see the notification that this item is out of stock but when we check the stock qty in system it have more than 40 pcs.
I don't know what's wrong.

Some others also mentioned such issue. We are still investigating the cause. Can you help us how to replicate this issue?
Thank you - PVAnsweredwe just go to POS and scan the code then add payment, but at the end of submit payment it just pops up and says that "item is out of stock", so I have no idea.

Let me try to investigate, if I can fine the cause. It might take long as I there is no clear steps accomplished yet.
Thank you - PVAnsweredi see, but actually I have transfered them out from the warehouse Showroom to other warehouse then transfer it back.
if I don't do that this item will never be able to sell.
