I tried to update user information :View rights, Edit rights and allow discount
I got this error :"form validation other validation"
how can I fix that ?

I can't reproduce it on live demo. Are you checking this on live demo?
If it's can't be replicate in demo that mean there is soemthing with your install. If you have not modify the code, you can update.
