During installation, when I attempt to enter my Envato ID and purchase code, I get the message:

Failed :
Your installation item id and purchase item id doesn't match. Please contact [email protected] (Error Code 101).

I used my Envato ID and copied the purchase code directly from the license file downloaded from CodeCanyon.

I emailed the support address and received an automated response directing me to ask here.

Please email me, as I don't want to provide my purchase code in this venue as conversations seem not to be private.
