Hi there yesterday I have purchased your product from Envato store during installation setup is unable to validate my userid and my purchase code screenshot is attached, and generating error code 101.

If you print supports ESC POS Command or can print from web browser.
What is the product code and barcode symbology. If it is working on local machine then it should work same on live server too unless there are different server config. Please check server php error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest.

I am sorry as we can't check your server. The requirements are the documentation.pdf and error logs would be helpful to find the cause. If you are not sure about error logs, you can check with your host/server admin.
