Please make sure that your domain/subdomain root path is set to `public` folder in the upload files. If it's still the same, let me know the server details in private reply so that I can have a look.

Please check your database. It's not empty. You can only install with empty database.

May I know your database version? TSMS required your database version to support json and it should be MySQL 5.7.8+ or MariaDB 10.2.7+
Please check the above it that's correct then let me know the server (files & database) access details to check.

TSMS require json support and your version doesn't support it. Please update your database server to v10.2.7+
