there is error on localhost xampp 405 and 404 error

on error log this massege server certificate does NOT include an ID which matches the server name

and how configured to use .htaccess from site directory ??

there is code have to write in .htaccess ??

i check mod_rewrite is enabled base_url i read the documentation but i cant solve the problem

please can you help me with team viewer to solve this problem
