Hi Mian,
When editing a sale that has products with variants (or options), there's an error with quantitys, for example if I have a product 'Apple' with variant 'red' and variant 'green' and I only had 2 in stock of each one, and sold 2 reds and 1 green, If I edit that sale, it doesn't take into account the sold quantity, if there's at least 1 in stock it shows the product with a danger color, like when there's not enough quantity, but if there's nothing left in stock, the row is shown with just the product name, the variant is not shown. It seems that it is not taking into account the quantity sold. If a product doesn't have variants it works well.

Also when editing a sale with a product variant which has a price difference, let's say apples (small $10 usd) and (big - $15 usd) there's a $5 usd difference, so if I sell a big apple, when I edit that sale, the big apple shows a $20 usd price, there's an issue with the variants that have a price difference because it's re-adding the price difference, in this example it's taking the $15 from the sale and adding the $5 difference of the variant again.
I don't know if it will be easier to just set variants full price instead of a difference.

The variants have option for price addition that mean if variant will add this number to the base product price. Let us you apple base price is $10, you can add small with 0 price addition and big with 5 price addition. So the price for small will be $10 while for big $15 (10+5).
I have tried to fix the variant quantity issue on edit, can you please test it again on live demo.
