Dutch Translation Is Not Available

Can't access the dutch translation.
I can find it on the ftp but cant access it from the backend.

Please give me instructions or do i need to translate it by myself?

Hello,

SMA don't have Dutch language yet. Please follow the add language guide in documentation.pdf to add your language.
