Dear - We are facing some demands regarding the on-screen keyboard. For instance, on screen keyboard works perfectly to call a customer in POS but when you try to call an item, on-scren keyboard is not displayed. when trying to access cash in hand to open regsiter, on screen display is not present. Can you please just let us know how we can add that functionnality in those fields.

Yes. The on-screen keyboard is only available on POS screen. It is not on the open register page.
It's don't trigger the keypress event so I am not sure if the search will work. You can try to modify the items code if you need. The post view file is `themes/default/admin/views/pos/add.php` while the javascript file is `themes/default/admin/assets/pos/js/pos.ajax.js`
