It seems that SMA is calculating Tax on product cost BEFORE discount but in India we calculate tax on total profit made i.e. after discount.
Please suggest how to change the same.

If you are saying for order level tax then there is no option to calculate order tax before products discount. Order tax will be before order discount and the will not effect the products tax as it will be calculated on product price. You should add discount on product by clicking the edit icon in front of the product name in order list - Login to Reply
