What is the logic between Delivery status update and the notification, Kindly check the screen shot attached, Notification says “Sales not delivered 01” But there are few orders under "delivering " status. So why notification says only 1 order not delivered. What is the logic behind this ?

No. only one sale from shop. others are list sale. Understand the logic. But can we edit this to get delivery notification for all list sale + shop sales ? Then what is the file we should edit?

There is no delivery alerts but only shop that you can change by modifying
get_shop_sale_alertsin the Site model.Thank you
