Is there a way to remove the expired ddate on the report for example whenn i forgot to add the expiry date on return and it still show up on the expiry report.
- MSAnsweredHello,
You can enabled/disable the expiry date in system settings. This will apply to all the products. If you are asking for only few then there is no such option.
Thank you - EHAnswered**[Mian Saleem](/u/saleem)** Yeah, i was asking for a few products if i forgot to add the date when making a return.
- MSAnsweredHello,
You can edit the order and set date for the row as you need.
Thank you - EHAnswered**[Mian Saleem](/u/saleem)** Yeah, its just there are some that i forgot to add the expiry value when returning and we cant edit it anymore. Its no big deal tho, i will just do that before doing the return.
- MSAnsweredHello,
I will check about return item expiry date in future updates.
Thank you - WSAnsweredHi! I noticed that the system is not automatically removing expired products, even though it is configured that way. How should I proceed to resolve this? Thanks!
- MSAnsweredHello,
If you have setup cron job and the system setting is set to automatically remove expired stock, it will be removed with cron job.
Please check if cron job is setup and `Remove expired products from stock` is set to yes in settings.
Thank you - WSAnsweredHi Mr. [@Mian Saleem](/u/saleem), thanks for your reply!
Could you please tell me how to proceed to set up the cron job? At the manual only there is a way to create on Windows, but I'm using SMA on a web-server with CPanel (sorry, I'm a novice).
Thanks a lot again! - MSAnsweredHello,
cPanel has option to set the cron job. You just need to copy the cron code from settings and add by visiting cron job on your cPanel.
If you are not sure, you can check with your server admin.
Thank you - WSAnsweredHi [@Mian Saleem](/u/saleem) , thanks for your attention!
I was able to run cron successfully, but found that the alert count is not reset. How should I proceed to resolve this?
