Hi, i would be grateful if you can assist me create a new user or user group. I want to create a user who can take care of purchases, transfers, payments and their reports only. Thank you

You can add user group and set permissions.
1. Go to group permissions from settings menu
2. Click add group from page menu and add new group
3. Click the change permission icon from action column of the group
4. Set permissions
5. Add/edit user and select the group to assign
