There is a major problem
If you create and add item and have multiple warehouses, this item gets allocated to ALL warehouses with out choice
This causes a problem with accurate alerts and item allocations.
Items should be allocated to a warehouse when created, an option should be added for Warehouse ID allocation of items at time of creation. An option to add a new item to all warehouses or selected warehouses at item creation would offer greater flexibility.

Hello,
All the items and other data are system level. There is no option to attach items to only selected warehouse.
I am not sure about this but will check about this while working on the update.

Hello ,
That would be great, you have the ability now to choose a warehouse now when you “Create New Checkin” so i guess similar method could be used at “Create New Item”.
This would be great as then each warehouse can then hold related parts that are not associated with the other.
For example-Warehouse 1 only “Engine Parts”, Warehouse 2 only “Tyres” rather than all parts shared in all warehouses currently.
