Hello Support,
Create user for a customer not function.
Under People —> List Customers —> Actions —> Add User
After that, when I enter all the data for the new user, a screen for a confirmation show up and disappears very fast and take us to Dashboard screen. The confirmation e-mail has been sent, and the e-mail is actually received. After that, I am unable to log in to the system using the received credentials! When checking the user list under the customer, there is no this user.
It seems this function has an error, I am looking for your support to solve it. Please refer to the attached screenshots.

Hello,
I have checked the customer users are being added fine and listed on the modal. As you were redirected back to modal that means something went wrong there. Please check your server php error logs and let me know the error details to that I can suggest.

You are right, and the server PHP error solved. BUT, still can not login due to the attached message, which is says this option is not available and still under development.

Customer’s users can’t login to admin area. Customer’s users are only for shop module.
