Is there a way where the customer checks the quote from the frontend/shop and he needs to accept it to convert the quote to a sale.. such that there is a confirmation that the quote is accepted by the customer and converted into a sale in the pending state...

Or via the API we can convert a pending state sale to a Completed sale [where the sale has been added by the admin user and the customer is approving the sale]

Please advice..
