The print should be fine to use with POS Print Server as long as it supports ESC/POS and with web browser if it can print html pages.

If you need to send sale data to fiscal service, you will need to edit the item code.

Ok, and where can I edit the item codes? Could you be more specific and even if I have to pay to do that for me, do you need any developer manual or something else for the fiscal printer FP-700 Datecs.

Yes, you will need developer to add option to send sale data to fiscal service. The sales is added in index method of app/controllers/Pos.php while the view file is themes/default/views/pos/view.php
