No. There is no such option and plan yet. No, you can’t use regular license for the SaaS or subscription based or multiple clients. You will need extended license.

Hello,
There is no difference in download, you will get the same file. The difference in license is that once can be used for SaaS or multiple active install while regular license don’t allow you such use case. The price can be check in the item page at codecanyon.net by clicking the license name at top of right side bar.
