Categories Do Not Import After Second Trial

I installed the system and imported product categories. After doing that, I realized I missed some information and deleted everything. Now when I try importing the categories again, it says

I installed the system and imported product categories. After doing that, I realized I missed some information and deleted everything. Now when I try importing the categories again, it says import successful but nothing imports. Why? I have cleared my browsers cache, checked the database to make sure it is empty and still it doesn’t populate after saying successful. Can you please advise.

    Hello,

    If it was working first time, it should work second time too.

    Please make sure that you follow the instructions from import page for column order and encoding.

    If you still have issue, please let me know your installation details with owner account details to have look.

    You can add private reply by enabling the PRIVATE for Staff only at top right of reply section.

    Hello,

    Slug shouldn’t have spaces, please try to change the first category code to condenser-mic and use it as parent category code.
