You need to upload all the files. You missed to upload `.htaccess` file and that the reason for 404 not found error. I have uploaded it and you can login now.

We are in Malaysia (GMT+8 timezone). Please check the documentation.pdf after install guide.

To edit/delete default owner account, you need to add new owner account and the login with new account to edit/delete default one.
