Yes, you can buy and install POS Modules. You can check the documentation.pdf for POS Module install instructions.

If you had installed the SMA yourself then install POS won't be issue as procedure is almost same.

POS also have same folders to re-upload, please let me know does we need to upload entire folder or respective files from the same folder. Please guide me its installation I can do myself. If I uploaded all files under POS module does it will effect existing SMA files ?

Please backup before installing. You need to merge. Please don't replace the folders. If you use any FTP, then it should only upload the files. If cPanel, you can upload the zip, extract, copy/move.
