I want to have a category page, so customer can click on the Category and see the list of categories with image of each category.
for now customer can only see the categories list some customers cannot really understand all the categories, so we want to have a category page so customer can understand better along with images.

There is no such option. You will need to modify the item code to add new controller method and view file. You can hire any developer to help you.
