As you are having error or many pages, I suspect it's server config issue. Please check the server requirements in the docs, specially MySQL mode `only_full_group_by`

500 errors are internal server errors and might be due to various reason. Please check your server error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest.

You can enable app log by changing the `log_threshold` to 1 in `app/config/config.php` then perform action again to produce errors. Lastly check the latest error log in `app/logs/` folder.

Is it fresh install?

many composer_autoload errors => Please zip `app/config/config.php` and attach with reply.

Class not found is due to composer packages are not loading due to above config.

Unable to connect to the database => Please make sure the database settings are correct in `app/config/database.php`

You can post private reply by enabling the `PRIVATE for Staff only` at top right of reply section.

Your config file is fine and database too as you can login and view some pages.

I just download the file again and replace `vendor`, `themes`, `app/core`, `app/controllers`, `app/libraries` and `app/models` folder with latest.

So the app logs has nothing to find the cause. You can check your php error for the platform. What platform are you using? wamp/xampp/mamp/easyphp all those should have error logs, please check them as they can be helpful to know the cause.

Lastly, please run this query and let me know the result.
