Have you set the root path for your domain/subdomain to public folder in your uploaded file.

Can you please check your server’s php error logs and let me know the error details to that I can suggest.

You can check the Laravel logs in the storage/logs/ folder too.

Hello,

Please never share your private date in public replies. You can add private reply by enabling the PRIVATE for Staff only at top right of reply section.

Please edit the resources/views/layouts/public.blade.php and edit line 147 to change key($user->id) to key($top_user->id)

This error is fixed and the download file will be update by the end of this week.

If after edit you still have issue, please check the error in latest file of storage/logs/ folder and let me know the error details so that I can suggest.
