Have you set the root path for your domain/subdomain to `public` folder in your uploaded file.

Can you please check your server's php error logs and let me know the error details to that I can suggest.

You can check the Laravel logs in the `storage/logs/` folder too.

Hello,

Please never share your private date in public replies. You can add private reply by enabling the `PRIVATE for Staff only` at top right of reply section.

Please edit the `resources/views/layouts/public.blade.php` and edit line 147 to change `key($user->id)` to `key($top_user->id)`

This error is fixed and the download file will be update by the end of this week.

If after edit you still have issue, please check the error in latest file of `storage/logs/` folder and let me know the error details so that I can suggest.
