To install beta v4, you need to set the domain/subdomain root path to `public` folder in your uploaded file. If can se that you have public in the url that is not good. Please enable mod_rewrite and then access the installer. Please install the v4 on a subdomain. If you have issue, please share the server details and license in the private reply so that I can check.

_You can add private reply by enabling the `PRIVATE for Staff only` at top right of reply section._

I have no idea, I suspect some setting on server. The form help will is not setting the full url to action that causing the issue. DO you have any other server or you can install locally to test.

Laravel require you to set the root path to `public` folder. We have added the `index.php` main folder for those can't se the root path. It's not good practice but a work around. We alway suggest to set the root.

For 500 error, please check your server error logs and let us know the error details so that we can suggest. You can check the Laravel logs in the `storage/logs/` folder. If there are no recent logs that mean the request is not reached Laravel. You can check server logs and with server admin.
