Have you installed the item? If yes then can you please check the Laravel logs in the storage/logs/ folder.

If you haven’t installed the item set, then please try to access the /install route.

You can share the server details in the private reply so that I can help you check and suggest.

You can add private reply by enabling the PRIVATE for Staff only at top right of the reply section.

getting following log error : Unsupported cipher or incorrect key length. Supported ciphers are: aes-128-cbc, aes-256-cbc, aes-128-gcm, aes-256-gcm.

If you have already installed then please edit the .env file and change the APP_KEY to empty string and run php artisan key:generate

I was using cloud hosting and installed entire coding file what i downloaded from envato… You mentioned php artisan key:generate where i was enter in .env file itself ???

Once you downloaded and uploaded to your server, you will need to access /install route and perform installation. Did you installed the item?

For artisan command, please access your server in terminal and then open the folder you uploaded the file and run command as I mentioned.

i was run you mentioned php artisan key:generate command but still here showing SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table ‘u108936769_boutique.users’ doesn’t exist what im do on next

If you have already performed the installation then please check your database to see if the tables are created. TSMS required MySQL5.7.10+ or MySQL8 or any other sql database that support json.

Please check your database and let me know how many tables are created and what’s your MySQL version.

That means tables are not created. Are you using MySQL? If yes what version. Please let me know so that I can suggest.
