The balance is equal to Grand Total - Paid amount. I don't know how you get the balance amount in screenshot. If you can let me know the step to replicate it on live demo would be great.

Does it have something to do with adding new currency ? I tried in the demo and it still not working properly. I put 2 screenshot here, the grand total is 2250 minus the paid 2500, the balance should be -250 or 250 right ?

The screenshots are correct. The change on POS should be returned to customer and you can only hold 2250 for the sale.

This morning i tried to sell something and paid using deposit method and the balance become like the first screenshot again.

You can only pay with deposit if the customer has deposit on list customer page. Deposits are like the advance payments.

I found the problem that caused the balance, its happend after i disable the decimal on money and number format.

I don't want to create new topic but I have some questions about balance in POS

Now we have 6 vansellers which will be sale from tablet/smartphone by POS module

We have all our client added to list and we can sell product with not paying full amount of cash.
For example client A must pay $500, but he pay only $300. Another day when vanseller go to client must have in POS module some option which can show balance of this client.
If client next day buy some product for example for $1000 the vanseller must have in grand total information about actual pay $1000 and outstanding payment $200 - client must pay then $1200 etc.

How can we do this option?

I am sorry but there is no such option. You only check the customer balance/due on customers report page.
