The backup menu is hidden now. It's just to encourage user to not use this as it has limitation for large dbs. You should backup from your database server mysqldump, phpmyadmin or MySQL Workbench.

Is there anyway we can show it please, people are asking about it , most of the DBs we have do not exceed 10MB
