Deleted sales doesn't remove award point accordingly.
How to let customer see their deposit and award point in user area(web store) ? Does I need to customize myself? Also when customer submit sales have the option to let them select deposit as payment method?

Delete sale should deduct the award points. Please test it on live demo and let me know the step to reproduce this.
The award points will be displayed on list customers/users page. Those are not listed for customers and no option for customer to add payment with award points. The only option to issue gift card and that can be used to add payments for the sales. Shop modules don't have this option yet.
