There are 2 profit report. First Profit and Loss Report from sidebar that is general ledger total sales - total purchases. Second from daily/monthly sales report by clicking the day number/month name that is products revenue - products costing. The costing is as per accounting method from settings.

I wanted to check my daily profit and its minus. Im using AVCO method currently because of the overselling method only work with this. As you can see the screenshot my product cost is higher than my product revenue ?

What i know is the first day it reset i tried sell a product with my "owner" account and its work perfectly. For example im selling a product with cost 4750 and sell it for 5000, my product revenu/product cost and the profit is good but when my "cashier" account with permission only the sale -> pos it become messed up.

That's quite strange. It's the same code to add sales for both owner and other user. The product might be different. Please let me know the step to replicate/reproduce it on demo so that I can check and fix. Thank you

I tried it on demo using the admin account and doesnt have a problem, i havent tried it using another account tho. All my product have no tax and the tax method is inclusive.

I suspect for some reason system set the avg cost to -ve. I have check it is setting to 0 once go -ve but not sure what happening on your install. Is this happening on all products? Can you check the avg_cost column on sma_warehouses_products table for the product id :(

I have checked the avg_cost column and there is no - on it. I have a picture of the products it has same cost and avg_cost. Not sure if this help but in my sma_warehouses_products table there are only 939 rows while my products are areound 2443 rows. I tested it again just now selling a product with cost of 1350 and when i check the product cost total again it cost is 5250 not 1350. I go back to check the product_id in sma_warehouses_products table but cant find that products id with 602

Selling product won't change the avg_cost only purchase will do. Product 602 should be there, if it has been purchased/sold before. You can try to sync quantity for 602 and check if it makes any difference.

My bad, the product id is 609 and i found it but the avg_cost is wrong. It is 5250 instead of 1350. I post some picture for you to see.
